At White Glove Tech Support, our mission is to provide tech support services to start up small businesses. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible while specializing in a higher level of customer service during the setup process.
About Ellen
A long-time entrepreneur, I grew up around small business and computers. My mom developed computer software games and programs back in the days when floppy disks really were floppy!
Most recently, I was employed by Amazon in their Selling Partner Support division. There, I helped small to very large businesses, who are selling on Amazon, with their tech issues. I also am very creative and have an eye for color and the details that others overlook.
Which means that being able to help you get started comes naturally.

When you need help figuring out what went wrong, so you can get back on track, minor corrections or want someone to look over your site to make sure it's setup correctly. Not for anything Stripe related. 30 minutes or less. There is no Zoom with this service.

Please be available by email to be able to give me any login codes. You must have accounts already fully setup (banking & other details) in GoDaddy, Systeme.io, PayPal, Stripe or Square. There is no Zoom with this service.

White Glove Ultimate Setup
This is for someone who is very tech challenged or just wants someone else to do it all for them. Includes a 1 hour Zoom where we will get your accounts setup. Must have a computer for remote access via Zoom.
Please Note:
- Because of different time zones and schedules, all communication is done by email or in our Zoom, no phone calls or texts. Also, this is not an immediate (aka NOW) service.
- After payment is received, I will send you an email with what usernames & passwords are needed. Please be sure to triple check that the usernames/logins & passwords you are giving me are correct.
- Please provide me with all of your login information no later than 24 hours before your appointment, unless otherwise communicated.
- My availability is during school hours Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm Eastern time. Saturdays & Sundays appointments are by special request only.
- Your setup can take anywhere from a few hours to two business days.
